### What is your MOQ?

Samples and trial orders are available on request — contact us with your quantities and we will advise the most economical order size.

### Do you provide free samples?

Yes. Samples are free; the courier cost is prepaid by you or sent freight collect.

### Can you produce according to our design?

Yes. We are a professional manufacturer and welcome both OEM (your design) and ODM (our design, your brand) orders.

### What is your delivery time?

Generally 20 to 30 days for one 20GP container after receiving your advance payment.

### How are goods packed?

In cartons on plywood pallets or in plywood cases. Products thicker than 5 mm are normally packed on plywood pallets.

### Can you provide accessories?

Yes — matching profiles such as skirting and stair edges, and EVA, IXPE or cork underlayment.

### Which payment methods do you accept?

Usually T/T with 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of the bill of lading. L/C, PayPal and Western Union are also accepted, in USD or CNY.
